A little bit about Gundam Wing...
As of the year AC 195, earth and the space colonies are under the control of the Earth Sphere Alliance. The excessive use of military force by this government has caused communication between earth and the colonies, and between the colonies themselves to break down.
Two separate groups are at work to rectify this situaltion.
The first group is made up of five 15 year old boys known as gundam pilots. Each is armed with a powerful mobile suit called a (you guessed it!) gundam. Although these boys have their hearts in the right place, they tend to act too quickly, creating problems for themselves and others.
If you are looking for information on these guys, you've come to the wrong place.
I have no tolerance for foolish little boys!
The second group is the OZ Special forces, an elite military group with the power to act independently on the battlefield. At the outset, the leader of this group is Treize Khushrenada. At his side is a masked officer calling himself Zechs Merquise. It is their goal to overtake the alliance military from within. Because of the nature of the OZ organization, a rather bloodthirsty lot are attracted to become members, detracting from Treize's true motives, peace between earth and the colonies with a strong military to defend them!
Zechs is Treize's best friend, and also the heir to the throne of the fallen Cinq Kingdom, Milliardo Peacecraft..He has joined forces with Treize in order to attain revenge for the destuction of his home and family by the Alliance military.
Although Treize's actions may at some times appear to be devious and cruel, in the end I believe he proves himself to be intelligent, loyal and in favor of peace.
Althought Treize's friendship with Milliardo, whom he calls his eternal friend, is tested to the ultimate limits, he never truly gives up on their friendship.
Treize Khushrenada & Milliardo Peacecraft are, in my opinion, the true heroes of the Gundam Wing story.
